Harry M. Tsumas serves the Iredell County market as a Commercial Realtor and a land developer. He is a 3rd generation Statesville native with 25 years in the construction and development business.

He has served on the Greater Statesville Development Corporation Board as an officer for over 10 years. He is a member of the Iredell County Planning Board and has served on the county Board of Adjustment.

He has a BS in Industrial Technology from East Carolina University where the was in the Kappa Alpha Order. He specializes in putting projects together for individuals and groups of Investors interested in Real Estate. He handles residential, commercial and industrial projects. He is also well versed in planning and zoning issues and he can take raw land and add value for the owner and investor.
